Fautor is a curated recurring micro-sponsorship platform connecting private supporters with credible, self-funded athletes in niche sports.
Fautor is not a donations platform. It is a curated micro-sponsorship marketplace where independent athletes set their own monthly tiers and build a stable base of recurring supporters.
Every athlete on Fautor is vetted through a manual application process. This keeps the platform trustworthy and ensures that every euro goes to someone genuinely chasing a competitive goal.
Supporters (“Fautores”) pick an athlete, choose a monthly tier, and follow their journey through regular training updates. No contracts, no middlemen. Cancel any time.
Athletes apply at fautor.app/apply and are reviewed by a human. We accept athletes who meet these criteria:
Sports clubs, associations, and teams are not accepted. Fautor is for individuals only.
Fautor uses Stripe Connect to handle all payments. Your money goes directly from your card to the athlete, processed through a trusted global payment infrastructure.
A fautor picks an athlete's tier and pays monthly via Stripe.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe, including SCA and fraud protection.
Fautor takes a 10% platform fee to cover operations, payment processing, and platform development.
The remaining 90% goes directly to the athlete's connected Stripe account. No hidden fees.
In short: For every €10 a Fautor pays, €9 goes to the athlete. Stripe processing fees are included in the 10% platform fee. No hidden charges.
Fautor is a brand of Davida Online, a company registered in Liechtenstein, subject to European data protection regulation (GDPR) and financial compliance standards.
We built Fautor because we believe that independent athletes deserve a credible, direct way to fund their careers — without waiting for a federation grant or a brand deal that may never come.
The platform is small by design. Curation over scale. Every athlete is reviewed. Every euro is accounted for.

Founder
Peter started kickboxing at the age of eight and went on to represent Liechtenstein on the national team for several years. During that time, he was also part of the Liechtenstein Olympic Committee’s development squad. He co-founded Chikudo Martial Arts, a club that has produced multiple world and European champions, where he still coaches today.
Like many athletes on this platform, he funded his career himself, without federation support or sponsorships. Fully focusing on the sport was never an option. Alongside competing, he coached, trained on his own, completed distance studies, and worked two jobs. Fautor was built from that reality.
